CARNIVAL IS Oct. 19th!

McGaugh PTA's biggest family and community event, the Carnival and Silent Auction, are just days away! And there's a lot going on to prepare.

Here's a quick overview of what you need to know and how you can help make them a success!

• 🎟️ Carnival tickets are now on sale for PTA Members (Click HERE for details!) 
• Help! We still need donations to our Silent Auction (Click HERE for more information.) The deadline to donate is Oct. 11
• 🍰 We need cakes for the Cake Walk (Sign up to donate HERE) 
• We need drinks for our Food Booths (Sign up to donate HERE)
• We need volunteers to sell tickets in-person, and work the Silent Auction, and more! Click on the flyer below for details.

Ticket sales are open NOW for PTA Members. They will then be open to the public both online -and- on campus beginning October 13th.

Online ticket sales will close at 10:00 PM on October 18th.

Tickets and wristbands (excluding pre-sale packages) can then be purchased on the day of the event at the Carnival Ticket Booth.

Do you have unopened new toys or gift cards you won't use? Do you know a business owner that has an item or experience to donate? Do you have connections to concert or sporting event tickets, weekend stays, activities, or lessons? How about a round of golf or a weekend show?

PTA could really use the support to add some awesome items to our SILENT AUCTION happening during the week of October 13th and ending at our McGaugh Carnival on October 19th.
