Jester visits MUST be scheduled through the online order system. Requests made directly to a jester or a teacher will not be honored. Submit your order using the online form allowing for at least 2 weeks before your requested visit date. Last minute requests will not be able to be scheduled; the program coordinator will reach out to find a suitable date with sufficient notice for both the jesters and the applicable teacher.
There are times that are not available due to non-interruption weeks as required by the school. The lower grades (UTK through 1st) may be able to have visits during most of the exclusion weeks. Dates will vary for 2nd and 3rd through 5th. Any request for a time during any of these periods will be addressed by the coordinator connecting with the requestor. The dates for 2026 - 2027 non-interruption weeks are as follows:
