Please allow at least two weeks to process your Jester visit.
Last-minute requests will not be able to be scheduled.
Target visit dates cannot be guaranteed! The Jester visit will be scheduled as close to the requested date as possible based on school events (e.g. assemblies, testing, etc.), classroom teacher's time restraints, and Jester volunteer availability.
If dates are unavailable due to testing and a request has been made during one of those dates, our Jester coordinator(s) will connect with you to coordinate a time that works best for the teachers and does not interrupt the testing weeks. Below is a schedule of testing dates:
September 2-September 8 (Grade 3-5)
September 15-September 26 (Grade 2)
December 8-December 12 (Grade 3-5)
January 12-January 16 (Grade 2)
March 30-April 3 (Grade 3-5)
May 4-May 8 (Grade 3-5)
May 11-May 15 (Grade 2-5)
May 18-May 21 (Grade 3-5)
